Eve Spence and Liam Branagan are filmmakers who work collaboratively and individually.
They are based in Sydney on Gadigal, Bidjigal and Birrabirragal lands.

As a writer, director, editor and producer, Eve’s award-winning short films have shown at major festivals such as Berlinale, Sydney and Bilbao. Dedicated to the craft of storytelling, she has participated in international development feature labs such as Binger (Netherlands) and Attagirl (AU, UK & Canada) and recently received a grant from the Natalie Miller Foundation to attend the 2025 Script Circle in Berlin.
With an extensive industry background, Eve worked as a television screenwriter for BBC 1, and as a Script Supervisor on numerous productions from series television such as The Bill to Danny Boyle’s 28 Days Later.

Liam has directed and produced award-winning films that have screened at major festivals, including his recent short An Indefinite Life, an immersive experimental narrative made for 360 screens. As well as short films he has produced documentaries and was Associate Producer on the feature film The Merger.
An enthusiastic collaborator, Liam has worked in numerous on-set roles including First Assistant Director and Location Manager in both Australia and the UK, from series television such as McCleod’s Daughters and Home and Away, to feature films, Dark City and Backyard Ashes as well as documentary and commercials.
